The designs are printed on heavy, white, premium matte paper with a natural, smooth, and uncoated finish, offering a particularly high-quality feel. At 200 gsm, the paper is sturdy and durable, as well as FSC-certified and sustainably produced.

The shipping preparation time is our processing time and does not include the actual delivery time of the respective shipping service provider.

All prints and frames are made to order.

My usual processing time until dispatch is 2–5 business days, for framed pictures 5–7 business days.

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order. I currently do not offer free returns, which means the cost and shipping of the return are your responsibility. I recommend always sending returns with tracking. Please note that personalized products are excluded from exchange and return. Further details can be found in our return policy.
